Mission & Vision

Mission Statement
To introduce all people to Jesus Christ and the exhilarating power and undefeatable joy he brings to life.

Vision Statement
Through prayer, exciting and varied worship, dynamic groups, inspiring teaching and affirming fellowship, we experience God's love and grow in love for one another.

Immanuel has a four dimensional vision: First, there is a countless number of people within driving distance who have never been in church and who are in need of hearing the Good News of Jesus. We want to be intentional in providing openings for them to come into the community of believers. Second, there are hundreds of long-time Christians in the church and community They need continued inspiration, support and spiritual nourishment for their Christian walk. Third, we have opened the Immanuel Early Learning Center, to provide a quality, Christian-based Pre-School for members and non-members alike. Fourth, we are partnering with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America to start a new congregation in Port St. Lucie's Tradition.

Mission Statement
This is not our church. It's God's church. Everything we do will reflect God's love and His claim on our lives. Immanuel is a friendly, welcoming, hospitable group of people gathered in Christ's name. We are dedicated to sharing the Gospel. We do not have time to argue over insignificant things. (We don't do grumpy!) People are gifts from God and will always be treated as such. While worship is central to the church's activity, we continually strive to equip all who are here to live the Christian faith in their daily lives. We are in the community to be supportive of people's needs. We are convinced the Gospel of Jesus Christ will change us every day into being all that we can be. We also are dedicated to the highest quality of pastoral care for members and friends of Immanuel.
