Service Times and Descriptions

Saturday - 6:00p.m.
The Saturday evening service is an easy-going, laid back worship experience. The liturgy changes every week to fit the theme and the mood of the day. The hymns are mainly traditional, although some contemporary songs are used. Holy Communion is celebrated the Saturdays before the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.

Sunday - 8:00a.m. 'New Traditions'
The new Evangelical Lutheran Worship book is used exclusively at this service. We are currently using Settings 6 and 8. Based on the historic Mass, this service uses more contemporary music to express our praise to God. Holy Communion is celebrated the fist and third Sundays of each month.

Sunday - 9:30a.m. – 10:30a.m. - 'Contemporary Worship'
Utilizing the latest in Christian music, this up-beat, exciting service is led by a band rather than an organ. The worship experience is designed for those who want to sing contemporary music but still have a strong Gospel-centered experience. After the Children's Sermon, the young ones are excused for "Children’s Church," which takes place in the Faith Development Center. Holy Communion is celebrated the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month.

Sunday - 11:15a.m. – 12:15p.m. - 'Lutheran Traditions'
Our late service each Sunday is a traditional Lutheran worship service using the resources of the Evangelical Lutheran Worship, Settings 3 & 4, which were the old Settings 1 & 2 of the Lutheran Book of Worship. Holy Communion is celebrated the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays of the month.
